I-907 (Premium Processing)
Pay USCIS $2,965 for a 15-business-day decision on certain forms (I-129 H-1B, I-539 H-4).
Premium processing buys speed — 15 business days for I-129 H-1B ($2,965 as of March 2026, was $2,805 prior) and I-539 H-4 ($2,075). NOT available for I-485 or for certain niche I-129 categories. Worth it inside the grace period because it eliminates uncertainty about whether USCIS will decide before day 60.
