Citizens of Canada or Mexico working in 60+ designated professional occupations.

TN status under USMCA (formerly NAFTA) — Canadian and Mexican citizens can work in pre-defined professional occupations without a cap or lottery. Renewable indefinitely in 3-year increments. NOT available to non-Canadian/Mexican citizens, but the Canada→US TN pattern is common for Indian-born workers who first establish PR in Canada under Express Entry.
